Our sales staff are City Island residents with knowledge of the City Island community and it's surrounding neighborhoods and current real estate trends. Atlantic Emeritus Realty sponsors the City Island Halloween parade and poster painting, co-sponsors & co-organizes the Little league Family Field Day and are involved with other festive Island events.

Bob Carmody is active in the City Island Community. He is a member of the City Island Civic Association, the Sons of the American Legion, is a City Island Little League Sponsor, a Pelham Bay Girls' Softball Coach/Coordinator, Coach/Coordinator of the Pelham Bay Belles 18 & under Softball Travel Team, Coach/Coordinator Pelham Bay Bobcats 17 & over Travel Team, Organizer of the Annual Halloween Day Parade.


Debra our newest Sales Associate, is a long time, community minded City Island Resident and School Volunteer. . Please contact her with any of your Real Estate needs .


Maria, Our Top Salesperson & another long time City Island Homeowner & Resident is a member of the City Island Civic Association. Former volunteer at PS 175, where all of her children attended school. She is also the author of the "Talebearer" column in the "Island Current", our local monthly newspaper Call Maria anytime for your Real Estate needs.


Kelly Carmody* After completing Her first year at St. Leo University in Florida, Kelly will be joining our staff as a trainee,upon completion of training and Real Estate School courses,She will become our "newest" Sale Associate .


Candy also a longtime City Island Homeowner & Resident. She is active in the PS 175 PTA and coaches soccer for AFC Rapids League.
